Over the years I have learned so much. Life is hard no doubt and those who share that road with you will in time find their own path which may be the same but then again have a completely different path than my own. Love....you can love someone but you can not in any way shape or form force them to love you back. There is one saying I have found to be the truth over the years. "The only man a woman can trust is her daddie" I refuse to let anyone into my heart even if I have known them for years, only to have it trampled on over and over again. I love myself first and then others. True friends are really hard to come by, even those you have known for years will still betray you. If I sound cynical maybe I am. I have live and loved and hurt and cried and no matter what only person standing there for me is me. Will I try again to love? I don't know what the future holds but I will still keep going each day loving my girls and raising them to be the best that they can be and more.
